Era Magazine

A little while ago, a friend of me told me about a magazine she was doing the graphic design for. After much toil, the magazine was produced, and my goodness was it pretty. It's a collaboration between my friend Hannah Asprey, Nina of Nina's Hair Parlour and Peter Stonham. It's full of everything from music and book reviews to guides on how to set your hair and event listings. Its aim is
"to further educate and entertain anyone already interested in vintage style, but also to offer those ready to explore new forms of creativity and self expression a window into this exciting and stimulating world"
They produced the taster/preview issue last year, and though it was fabulous, from what I understand their upcoming issue is set to be full to the brim with even more content on the world vintage fashion and lifestyle. The whole thing is beautifully designed by Hannah, and they have several contributors with years of experience between them. My husband recently picked up the magazine Mens File, and although the images were stunning, the content left much to be desired. If the taster issue and list of contributors is anything to go by, there'll be none of that wishy washy writing found in Era. Adam also contributed to the upcoming issue, writing a live music review of Tony Diavolo's club at Charlotte Street Blues, the photos from which I posted a couple of weeks back.

If you haven't had a chance to check it out yet, you can view their preview issue online by clicking here

We put it on the Notorious Kitsch stall at the Rhythm Riot and people couldn't get enough of it! I look forward to seeing it published!
